약속 정할 때 사용하는 표현
We would like to meet with you.
ex) We would like to meet with you to discuss (
about)the potential order of your product.(discuss 자체에 ~에 대해 논의하다 라는 의미가 들어가 있어 about을 사용하지 않음)
Could we discuss this in person?
ex) Could we discuss the potential order of OPS in person?
We think it would be better to have a meeting.
ex) We think it would be better to have a face-to-face meeting to discuss the issue.
I would appreciate it if you could meet with me.
ex) I would appreciate it if you could spare some time to meet with me.
Spend는 시간을 그냥 쓰다 라는 느낌이지만, spare 은 시간을 할애하다의 의미를 지님
선호 하는 날짜 묻기
Would (날짜) work for you ?
ex) Would the third week of March work for you?
I am available from ~ to ~.
ex) I am available from late March to early April.
(초 early, 중순 mid, 말 late)
(날짜) would be fine for us.
ex) March 26th would be fine with us.
Our preference is (날짜)
ex) Our preference is March 26 and 28.
(우리가 선호하는 날짜를 얘기 할 때 사용)
Please let me/us know when and where would be convenient for you.
편한 시간과 장소를 알려주세요.
Please inform(=advise) us of the ime and the place(=venue) so we can ensure the availability of participants.

(날짜를 변경해야 하는 사유를 이야기 할 때)

~로 약속을 미룰 때 postpone은 전치사 to 가 아니라 until 사용해야 한다.
Can we start the meeting at ~ instead of ~ ?
ex) Can/Could we start the meeting at 1 p.m. instead of 3 p.m? I have a time conflict.

2) 비격식적으로 ~를 만나다

1) 전문적인 / 비즈니스 이유로 ~를 만나다

3) 시간이 좀 걸리게 ~를 만나다
